Violet Apisah Wins South Pacific Open Junior Championships Singles and Doubles Titles

Violet Apisah(PNG) has won both the Singles and Doubles Titles of the South Pacific Open Junior Championships that concluded in Lautoka, Fiji last weekend. Seeded #1 for the Singles Event she beat #2 seed, Carol Lee (NMI) 6-0, 6-4 dropping only 10 games in 4 matches

She then paired with her sister, Patricia, to beat Carol Lee (NMI)/Maxine Ng (SIN) 6-0,7-6(3) in the Doubles Final
