Pacific Oceania Teams Play in the Girls 2025 ITF World Junior Teams Event

Two teams, separately representing Pacific Oceania and Guam, have just completed playing in the 2025 ITF World Junior Teams Asia/Oceania Prequalifying Event in Isa Town, Bahrain from the 17th-22nd February. The Pacific Oceania Tem finished 7th and the Guam Team 13th out of 18 Teams.

The 18 Teams drawn into 6 Pools were: Sri Lanka, Turkmenistan, Philippines, Indonesia, Maldives, Lebanon, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Macau, Pacific Oceania, Guam, Singapore, Iraq, Bahrain, Syria, Bangladesh, Jordan, Oman.

The players representing the respective Pacific Oceania teams were:
Pacific Oceania: Alexandria Chand (FIJ), Joelei Ioane (AS), Alexandra Amoa (AS), Florence Wasko (AS)-captain/coach
Guam: Faith Perera (GUM), Lana Noble (GUM), Gaeun Seo (GUM), Ryan Horn (GUM)-captain/coach

Pacific Oceania finished 2nd in Group C and Guam 2nd in Pool G.

Indonesia and Sri Lanka were the 2 Teams that qualified for the Qualifying Event to be held in Malaysia in March.
