The 16th Pacific Games are being held in Apia, Samoa from the 7th-20th July 2019. This is the 3rd time that Samoa have hosted these Games, the last time being 2007. From 24 Pacific Nations 3,500 athletes are competing in 26 sports, one of which is tennis. The Tennis Event commenced with the Teams Event (2 Singles and 1 Doubles) in each Rubber with the individual events to follow in the 2nd week of the Games. 14 Nations entered the Men’s Teams Event (American Samoa, Cook Islands, Fiji, Guam, Kiribati, Nauru, New Caledonia, Northern Marianas Islands, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tahiti, Tonga and Vanuatu). In the Women’s Teams event, there were 11 Nations from (American Samoa, Cook Islands, Fiji, New Caledonia, Northern Marianas Islands, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tahiti, Tonga and Vanuatu) .<\/p>\n

The Teams that advanced to the semi-finals and finals following pool play were:<\/p>\n
